Frontier Healthcare Group was formed in year 2002 through the merger of 3 general practice clinics. Currently, there are operating nine general practice clinics and one Family Medicine Clinic (FMC). These clinics are staffed by a core team of Family Physicians and General Practitioners. -->We work closely with Frontier Healthcare Group and its related entities. Frontier Healthcare is a primary care group with interest in health promotion, preventive care and chronic disease management. The Group has various collaborations with public healthcare institutions to develop and implement new care models in the community.
